CUSTOMER REVIEWS

With each completed vehicle we give our customers a performance survey card that we ask them to fill out and mail back to us.  This survey asks a few questions about the work performed to the vehicle and gives our customers a chance to make any additional comments about the workmanship. These questions consist of Repair Quality, Repair Time, Vehicle Cleanliness, Knowledgeable staff, and Shop Recommendations. Our rating scale is 1 being poor and 5 being excellent.

Comments: The job done on my car was fantastic! The color of the parts replaced match perfectly with the original color of the car. Upon picking it up I noticed it was washed and the inside vacuumed. On the way home I noticed the windows and dashboard were also cleaned. I could not believe how great the car looked! Everyone I dealt with at Gillette was pleasant and professional. Thank you for the great job! I will recommend you to anyone and will use your services again if needed (hopefully not too soon)!
